My thing is that I don't think Apple could make a netbook or tablet for less than $700 or $800, in which case it will stay a very niche device, seeing as how the entry level white macbook is only a couple hundred dollars more. After some discounts these are like a little over $900. An Apple netbook would need to be like $300 or else it wouldn't make sense to buy it.
