Best Buy acts like they are doing something special but they aren't. letting someone walk out without knowing the phone is working would be an epic fail in customer service. think about it. I upgrade my phone and it's non functioning until I get home an hour later. I plug it in and it's a dud phone. I have to go all the way back to get a new phone. either to Best Buy or to an Apple store where they will make me wait to talk to a tech blah blah. I don't think we need to sensationalize simple news by saying that we got it from an "inside source."
