iFun, by Social Gaming Network is bringing Wii-like controls to users through their iPhones. With iFun the iPhone is simply transformed into the controller and the games are played on a desktop computer or notebook.
Social Gaming Network has had some great luck with their iPhone games
As TechCrunch points out, SGN explains that they may license other games to further increase available titles on the iFun platform. Additionally, they are planning on releasing an API for other developers to launch their games on iFun. As long as Apple doesn’t drop the hammer on SGN, they should expect some excitement around games released on the iFun platform.
