		<description>this really isn&#039;t something new. they have been doing an ongoing survey for weeks, months even. i had a horrid experience in one of the stores and did the survey and actually had a manager call me the next day to get more information about what happened. maybe this is a different company handling things but it&#039;s not like they weren&#039;t asking for opinions already.</description>
