I saw it once but can’t find it again.
Since it’s new, they may not have a lot of people on it yet and it may only appear when they actually have someone available or only every xx number of times that page is viewed.

I have 412 downloads available, my firewall has been authorised, i can access the store and download the free music, view my account, and check for purchases but the downloads are never displayed because i keep getting a store not able to compleate request error ???????

For some reason I can only get 32 music files into my itunes library. I would like to transfer my entire windows media library but it won’t go. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Someone said it was my AOL account. I can’t do a darn thing, and Itunes lets me sign on using 2 different passwords…what the heck is that???????? I no longer have the AOL account I signed up with it is just a free AIM thing now and I don’t use it anymore.

I got 2 gift cards for Christmas and they show up on my account, I CAN’T USE THEM AND SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR THE STORE SUCKS!!! I want answers or else take my gift cards off that account!

Anyone else having that problem needs to switch their account to something besides AOL, especially if they no longer use a paid AOL account. I was told to log on to my account 3 times with the wrong password..and it prompt me to change my account which I did to a non-AOL account and everything works fine now. All my songs was moved to the new account also.

I”m no closer to my music now than I was yesterday,I did what you told me to do yesterday without sucess.

I have a question for anyone. I have a song on my computer hard drive that I am trying to import to my i-tunes library. I have tried several times to do this, and for some reason it won’t import the song. I downloaded the song onto a CD Rom disc and I tried importing the song from the CD Rom drive, and it still won’t import the song.
Am I missing something? Can anyone help?

I have an itunes classic ipod purchased in late 2007. I also have a 2008 BMW 5-Series with an itunes connection, factory installed. Until a few weeks ago, my ipod worked fine in my car. For no reason it now will not play through the car connection. The dealer has checked it and believes it is a software problem. (Current version is 1.1.2PC) The software is current verion and has not changed in the past few weeks. My son’s nano works fine in the car as does an ipod used by the dealer. My ipod works fine outside the car for walking etc. I would appreciate any ideas for a solution.

I have an iPod Classic and tried to import an MP3 CD to the library to sync with the iPod. What’s the trick, anyone know? I can copy the MP3 files to the library and play them on the computer; but they don’t want to be synced with the iPod. I guess I need to convert them to AAC. But how?

I contacted you’d yesterday due to my account and your reply was I barely spent any money through iTunes well this is my second 100.00 credit card I also went through 3 iTunes gift cards and nojust because I purchased a larger size iPod the 32 GB you’d want to recharge me for downloading my previous purchases tony new iPod instead of my old one that was only 8 GB
I should still have funds on my second credit card I barely used it

I have tried to install iTunes 8 on my Dell computer running vista at least a half dozen times all with the same results when installed the cd player no longer operates can anyone tell me why? Those that say they are the best (including Dell) can’t figure it out.

my i phone i actually gettting switched off automatically every time, what would be the problem..

I keep getting 2 error codes when I open up itunes.

1. The software required for communicating with ipods and mobile phones was not installed correctly, can we try to repair for you?

I click yes and it won’t download or update all the way.

2. When I try to play my music the error code says
“The song could not be used because the original file could not be found.

I have also received prompts to load updates (itunes & quicktime 8.1.1 and also Mobile me control panel 1.3.0). Is there any connection with these updates and my loss of files? These updates will not load either…….

I purchased two alblums by Paul Potts. They appear in my library and appear on my plylist with a round circle that contains an asteris. It will not permit me to transfer the music on to my ipod. The promp states that ipod does not recognize the location of the file.

Every time i try to sync my ipod nano, it says “attempting to copy the disk, my ipod, failed. An unknown error occurred (-69)

I cannot open Itunes. I have windows 2000. I downloaded limewire and Itunes stopped working. I deleted limewire and reinstalled Itunes and still it does not work. I then repaired and updated my windows 2000. I reinstalled Itunes and still it does not work. Can someone please help me to open Itunes.

the problem is that I lost all of my itunes music from a harddrive crash. you all at itunes were gracious enough to let me re-download it all again.. but i didnt really want all of the tv shows and movies that I’ve already seen… just the music.

so now I’m at the airport trying to rent a movie before my plane takes off but i cant because I have around 200 tv shows and movies that I dont want that are trying to download before it gets to the movie i rented.

I have had an account with iTunes for two years, with no problems. I tried to download a song last week (Pa’ Gozar Contigo) and the computer shut down before download was complete. I installed an additional memory card into my computer. Since then, I have been unable to access iTunes. There’s a message stating that I don’t have Quicktime. I tried to download it, but was unable to. Is there a way to download Quicktime without paying for it?
