Apple has unveiled two new ‘Get a Mac’ commercials. The ads, titled “Bean Counter” and “V Word” both slam Microsoft and Windows Vista, along with Microsoft’s $300 million ad campaign.
The first commercial shown below directly slams Microsoft for spending nearly $300 million on an advertising campaign, in which Jerry Seinfeld was used to try and “change Vista’s image.” Unfortunately for Microsoft, “Vista [still] looks like it could turn out to be one of the greatest missteps in tech history.”
In the below ad spot, Apple directly slams Microsoft for its inability to “fix” Vista. In the commercial, John Hodgman “PC Guy” attempts to bleep out the word Vista every time it’s about to be said, with a red buzzer.
Apple isn’t known for it’s subtle marketing techniques. The new commercials are direct slams at Microsoft and Windows Vista, and clearly show that Apple is trying (full-force) to exploit Microsoft for its faults.

I wonder why they don’t mention the unibody in any of the new commercials. I wonder if they will… hmmmmmmmm…
“Hi I”m a Mac” — “Hi, I’m a PC” — “Check out my new unibody!!!” — “DAMNIT”
