		<description>my question is this: did she actually try to get her phone repaired or did she just call a lawyer. did she bother to update her software. did she call ATT and gripe about the extra data charge without adequate coverage and demand a credit on her account. 

cause I would be really shocked if she went to an Apple store with a truly updated yet defective phone and they didn&#039;t replace the phone. and where is her lawsuit against ATT for lack of coverage. they are the real demons it sounds like. not apple</description>

That being said, since Apple has continued to achknowledge the iPhone set backs and disappointments, they might want to consider giving the super dissatisfied cutomer a refund?</description>
