Another iPhone Bug; Split Your Home-Screens and Freeze Icons

MacBlogz has found another iPhone Bug; When you scroll through the homescreens on your iPhone, if you attempt to move an icon you can freeze the devices screen in the middle of two screens, as well as leave icons half way of the screen.

There has definitely been an avalanche of iPhone bugs pouring in since July 11th, and most of them are pretty hard to ignore. Certain usability has been seriously affected by many of the bugs we’ve seen and reported about. This home-screen bug in the video below may not affect usability levels like some of the other bugs that have been found, but this one is surely unintentional, and needs to be fixed nonetheless.

Last year, there was a bug similar to this one, where you could scroll through your home-screens and tap the screen to get stuck in between two screens. However this one seems a bit more buggy, so we like it more. Either way, we know there are several major issues with iPhone 2.0. When Apple addresses some of these core issues, the fixes are surely going to trickle down and stabilize the usability of the device… We hope.

Not Surprising. We’ll probably see more of these until Apple releases an UPDATE.

There are so many things wrong with this phone~ My text messaging is slow, the reception is awful. How long is it going to take them to release an update? Help Apple!
