Get a glimpse of this AWESOME youngster waiting outside the Apple store here in Portland. In case you couldn’t tell… HE’S USING A NEWTON !!!!! THIS KID ROCKS !!!!
Still waiting for more news. We’ll post everything as we find it out.
HAHAHAH !Is he trying to use it as a touchscreen with his finger ? I honestly feel bad that Steve didn’t release a 3G iPhone simply to get this (cute) kid of his Newton hell.
I don’t think he’s in iPhone hell. I think he is knowingly using that Newton, seeing as how he’s waiting for the 3G iPhone. Either way, this kid rocks !
I needed this. After the letdown of today’s WWDC and all the hype Apple is trying to build for the new iPhone (some of us just WANT TO BUY IT ALREADY), this genuinely made me laugh. Thank you MacBlogz !
No Problem Taylor. This kid was wonderful. I mean, kids his age would ONLY want the iPhone. For him to be rocking the Newton is simply amazing. Additionally, he was running surveillance of the back of the stoor for everyone outside the Apple store. He was with his father and his dad was rocking a Powerbook Titanium with which he had a live Audio streaming of his Steveness’ keynote this morning.
Everyone was gathered around the audio feed as we listened to the keynote live, badgered the Apple retail employees and prayed for something wonderful to come out of Steve’s mouth.
Thank you (awesome kid) and your great dad too. If you happen to read these comments, shoot us an email to info@macblogz.com.
Well, let’s see. The Newton was available between 1993-1998. So, the Newton wasn’t “probably” available before he was born. It DEFINITELY was made before he was born. Assuming he’s at MOST 13 years old, that would mean he was born in 1995.
